GoTimerPro provides a swim timing and video analysis tool. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own fitness and coaching needs.
You are solely responsible for all video recordings and swim records created within the application. If you choose to enable Cloud Sync, you must comply with Google Drive’s terms of service. GoTimerPro is an interface and tool, but your data is stored on your personal third-party cloud account.
GoTimerPro is a tool for informal timing and technique analysis. We make no guarantees regarding the scientific accuracy of timings or calculations. Furthermore, we are not liable for any injury, accident, or damage occurring while using the application at or near a swimming pool. Please use your mobile device safely and keep it away from water unless using a certified waterproof case.
The application is provided "As Is" and "As Available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that access will be continuous or uninterrupted.
In no event will GoTimerPro or its developers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
